Using Reporter 3.2 software is a great way to report out specific types of data selectively, including transition-specific data for qualifier ions. To output specific data for qualifier ions, the first option is to use an IF tag around the information that should be for qualifying transitions. In this example, the mass ranges tag is used. The IF tag will need the syntax below for the condition:

The same IF tag can be used around multiple tags within a loop to selectively qualify multiple tags:
