Answer
In the SCIEX OS Software, open under “Management” the tab “Configuration” then “Projects”. Go to “Advanced” and click on the plus symbol next to the “Current root directory” field.
Click on “Browse” and select an existing folder or create a new folder to use as a root directory.
Click ok and the new created root directory appears in the drop-down menu of the “Current root directory” field. Chose the root directory you want to use.
