How to switch from LOW mass to HIGH mass acquisition in both SCIEX OS and Analyst software.

Answer

In SCIEX OS

• Step 1: Go to Management, CONFIGURATION
• Step 2: Within DEVICES select your Instrument and EDIT device
• Step 3: Click in SETTINGS

• Step 4: Select either Low Mass or High Mass in the Dual mass mode section. Save it.

In Analyst

• Step 1: Go to Hardware Configuration
• Step 2: In the list of available hardware profiles, select the one to be modified and click on EDIT PROFILE.
• Step 3: In the list of devices select the mass spectrometer and click on SETUP DEVICE.
• Step 4: Select either Low Mass or High Mass in the Dual mass mode section. Save it.
