Answer
With an opened MultiQuant qsession go to file – export – Results Table
Chose the option “MultiQuant” and activate the checkbox “Export r values”
The exported txt table contains the correlation coefficient r for each quantitation trace
This option is available in MultiQuant™ from version 3.0.1 on.
