To download the SCIEX All-in-One HR-MS/MS library 2.0 and NIST 2017 MS/MS library (PN 5061635), do the following:

  1. Go to https://sciex.com/software-support/software-downloads and expand “Libraries”
  2. Choose All-in-One HR-MS/MS Spectral Library 2.0 Kit and download it.
  3. Chose the NIST 2017 Spectral Library 1.0 and download it.
  4. Activate and install the license for each library (2 licenses needed).
