Issue Description
After logging into ChemoView™ software, only the Process pane was accessible. The Manage pane was greyed out. (Image below does not show the Manage pane greyed out.)
Resolution
This was resolved by changing all users in Analyst® software to administrators in the Security Configuration mode.
Then the users could log into ChemoView software will full access to both the Manage and Process panes.
