Issue Description

MarkerView™  1.2.1 error "Could not get method information for A1_MS_1.t2d" when trying to download data

"Could not get method information for A1_MS_1.t2d. (Could not load file or

assembly 'vjslib, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,

PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was

made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Could not load file or

Resolution

This error * likely means that the customer is using a 64-bit operation system.

This is a known issue and it is described in Release Notes page 4:

When installed on a 64-bit operating system, the program cannot access T2D files. You can work around this problem by manually deleting the files called ‘vjslib.dll’ and ‘vjsnativ.dll’ from the program’s ‘bin’ folder and running the Microsoft ‘vjredist.exe’ installer available from:
