Issue Description
When optimizing an analyte during compound optimization by direct infusion, the molecular ion is not seen, nor are any ions of note, in the MS 1 scan.
Resolution
Adding mobile phase to the analyte or increasing its concentration during compound optimization may help improve ionization.
