MultiQuant™ Software Would Not Launch after License Installation

Issue Description

MultiQuant™ software may not launch after installation, and a -1 license installation error may appear.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, the user needs to be logged into Windows as an administrator and have full access to the program files on the C: drive.
