Issue Description
While creating a batch in Analyst® software with a CTC autosampler in the hardware profile, the drop-down menus appear blank for rack position, plate position, and plate code and do not contain the usual text selections.
Resolution
The text in the drop-down menus can be restored by clicking on the rack code and selecting 1, even though the code already reads as 1. Now, the normal drop-down menus will appear and function normally.
