SCIEX OS Software: Unable to Upload Exported Text File to Watson LIMS

Issue Description

In SCIEX OS software 2.1.6, if the internal standards appear in any location in the results table, instead of being grouped together at the bottom of the analyte list, and are distributed throughout the processing method, then the exported results text file cannot be uploaded to Watson LIMS.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, all internal standards must be listed at the bottom of the processing method. After editing the method, the data must be re-processed and then exported. The resulting text file is now able to be uploaded to Watson LIMS.
