SQLite Exception Error in the Regulated Version of SCIEX OS Software

When working in a regulated environment, Windows-level permissions are often reduced for software users to ensure data integrity and security.
The following error message appeared while trying to access the Audit Map portion of SCIEX OS software while setting up permissions as an administrator-level user in a regulated version of the software: "System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteException : unable to open database file."
In this case, the user did not have permission to access the following files:
:\SCIEX OS Data\common-project-area\Audit Data
:\SCIEX OS Data\Default\Audit Data
:\SCIEX OS Data\Default\Audit Data
To resolve this issue, change the Windows permissions so that the user has full access to the above files.
