An exported .csv file for the audit trail in SCIEX OS software is empty

Issue Description

When the audit trail in SCIEX OS software is exported as a .csv file for an audit trail, it may be empty. This is caused by a missing csvhelper depend dll file (Microsoft.Bcl.HashCode.dll.) where either this file is missing or the wrong Microsoft.Bcl.HashCode.dll file has been installed.

Workaround for customer

Solution 1:
Upgrade to SCIEX OS software version 3.4.

Solution 2:
1) Backup Microsoft.Bcl.HashCode.dll at C:\Program Files\SCIEX\SCIEX OS
2) Retrieve the Microsoft.Bcl.HashCode.dll (see steps below) and place it under C:\Program Files\SCIEX\SCIEX OS.
3) Reboot your computer and try exporting the audit trail again.

To get the correct Microsoft.Bcl.HashCode.dll file:

• Go to the Microsoft website https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Bcl.HashCode/1.0.0
• Select "Download Package" (direct link: https://www.nuget.org/api/v2/package/Microsoft.Bcl.HashCode/1.0.0) to download the file microsoft.bcl.hashcode.1.0.0.nupkg.
• Rename microsoft.bcl.hashcode.1.0.0.nupkg to any ZIP file, such as microsoft.bcl.hashcode.1.0.0.zip.
• Open the zip file and copy the file lib\net461\Microsoft.Bcl.HashCode.dll from the ZIP file and paste it to C:\Program Files\SCIEX\SCIEX OS\.
