An exported .csv file for the audit trail in SCIEX OS software is empty

Issue Description

When the audit trail in SCIEX OS software is exported as a .csv file for an audit trail, it may be empty. This is caused by a missing csvhelper depend dll file (Microsoft.Bcl.HashCode.dll.) where either this file is missing or the wrong Microsoft.Bcl.HashCode.dll file has been installed.


Resolution

Workaround for customer

Solution 1:
Upgrade to SCIEX OS software version 3.4.

Solution 2:
1) Backup Microsoft.Bcl.HashCode.dll at C:\Program Files\SCIEX\SCIEX OS
2) Retrieve the Microsoft.Bcl.HashCode.dll (see steps below) and place it under C:\Program Files\SCIEX\SCIEX OS.
3) Reboot your computer and try exporting the audit trail again.
