Upgrading Analyst® Software Requires that Cliquid® Software be Uninstalled

Issue Description

Analyst® 1.6.3 software will not open after an upgrade from Analyst 1.6.2 software. An error message is received indicating that Cliquid® software must be installed.


Resolution

If Cliquid software is installed alongside Analyst software, the correct way to upgrade Analyst software is to first uninstall Cliquid software; then re-install Analyst software and any hotfixes. Then Cliquid software can be reinstalled.
