In Analyst® software 1.6.x, the maximum value that can be used for collision energy (CE max) during compound optimization only goes up to 130, even the CE max value can be set to 180 in the software's parameter settings. Depending on the type of instrument, the range of values that can be used to ramp CE are 5-130 or 10-130.
