Support for the Eksigent MicroLC M5 systems was added in SCIEX OS software 3.1.5, allowing this LC system to be added to hardware profiles. When using an M5 system with SCIEX OS software version 3.1.5 or greater, the pressure units must be set to psi.. If pressure units in bar are used, the system assumes the values are in psi and it will not run properly. Therefore, all systems should be configured to run in psi only.
