To troubleshoot errors in ProteinPilot™ software, the log files will need to be provided. The location of these log files has changed for newer versions of ProteinPilot software installed on Windows 10 PCs, and the log files can now be found in the directory C:\AB SCIEX\ProteinPilot Data\Temp.
