Location of compound optimization data files (wiff2) generated in SCIEX OS software

After performing a guided optimization in SCIEX OS software, the raw data file (wiff2) is automatically stored in the SCIEX OS Data root directory in the TempData folder. The files are named according to the date and time they were acquired. It is recommended that after each successful optimization, these files be bundled into a folder with the appropriate name for record-keeping if needed.
