Where Do I Put Query Files Used with Reporter Templates for MultiQuant™ or SCIEX OS Software?

Queries are used by report templates to process specific data from results tables in either MultiQuant™ or SCIEX OS Software. For a report template to utilize a query, the query file must be placed in the same directory as the report template.

For MultiQuant software, query files need to be placed in the same location as the report templates in the file path:
C:\ProgramData\AB SCIEX\MultiQuant\Reporter

For SCIEX OS software, query files need to be placed in the same location as the report templates in file path:
C:\ProgramData\SCIEX\Analytics\Reporter

If the query file is not in the appropriate location, the generated report will be missing information.
