Where is the method found that is created during automatic compound optimization?

To locate the final MRM method created when running automatic compound optimization in Analyst® software 1.6.3 for several compounds at the same time, look at the bottom of the compound optimization report. When several compounds are run at once, individual methods from each compounds are not created. Instead, Analyst 1.6.3 will create one method with all MRM transitions. These can be found in the final MRM method created that is present at the bottom of the compound optimization report. Opening that method will show all compounds present and accounted for.
