Answer
The release notes of SCIEX OS software 2.1 states, "SCIEX OS software simultaneously generates both .wiff1 and .wiff2 files for the SCIEX X500 QTOF and ZenoTOF 7600 Systems." The wiff1 files from the ZenoTOF system are compatible with ProteinPilot™ software 5.x. The .wiff1 files generated by the X500 Series instruments has not been tested, but its expected to work with ProteinPilot software.
