Dear Mr. Walker, Thank you very much for your feature request on the SCIEX.com website. There is no such option at the moment to assign deputy contacts, but any contact that is linked to the instrument on which the case was opened is able to see the case and communication within the case. I see that 6 people are linked to one of your instruments for example, all of these will be able to see all cases on this instrument and communicate with SCIEX within them.
