Keyboard Shortcuts
Comparing to MultiQuant I am missing the possibility of using shortcuts like “Ctrl + r” for starting the reporter and very important “F4” for setting a peak to not found. It would also be great if more tasks can be activated by shortcuts instead of using the mouse.

Agreed. Sciex OS is intuitive at a glance, but versatility in MQ really resided in the mouse-less operations, like F4 (deselecting peak), space bar for scrolling, and creation of a report.
I would also like a shortcut for toggling the manual integration button and one for zooming into the active chromatogram.
