Create filter from spectrum

In order for a user to create filters, they have to process spectra, record information and transcribe that into the appropriate filter dialog box.  I frequently use the isotope pattern filter and would find it very helpful to be able to highlight a portion of a spectrum (with the ability to set a threshold) and have PeakView calculate the isotope pattern from the selected spectrum.  It would also be nice to be able to specify a time range for the filtering (e.g., so we don't have to wait for the whole chromatogram when we're only interested in the first 10 minutes or last 10 minutes).
