.qmethod and .qsession compatibility for Quantitation workflows across SCIEX OS

Ability to open, modify and apply .qmethods and .qsessions for compatible workflows across different license options in SCIEX OS. 

A .qmethod and .qsession created with SCIEX OS or SCIEX OS-Q that uses the "Quantitation" workflow should be able to be opened with SCIEX OS-MQ, because all 3 software options use this workflow.

.qmethod and .qsession using the "Quantiation and Targeted Identification" or "Non targeted Analysis" worflows remain unchanged i.e. can only be created and opened using SCIEX OS or OS-Q
