Sciex OS software compatibility with remote desktop environments

We have the multiple shared licences option instead of having dedicated computers with standalone licences in a processing area.

Our IT dept has set up a remote access server that we can use. The advantages for SciexOS to be compatible with this are ease of maintainability (only have to manage one installation instead of one for each client computer), more processing power (compared to our personal computers), and flexibility (users can remote in from anywhere).

However, currently SciexOS can only have one instance opened at a time. It seems although the RDP environment can have multiple users logged in at the same time, it can only have one instance of SciexOS open between all users.
