Justin received his PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Melbourne (Australia) in 2011 under the guidance of Prof. Richard Simpson at Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research. He started his research career focusing on proteins purification, expression, characterization and analysis since 1999. Along the way, he learn many analytical skills such as gel electrophoresis, HPLC, ELISA, confocal and electron microscopy, antibody phage display, BIAcore, cell culture and mass spectrometers during his times in the academia. He published 14 journal papers in the field of cancer and exosomes proteomics research. In 2010, he joined SCIEX Singapore as a Field Application Specialist, handling application support, pre-sale, demo and trainings for countries in Southeash Asia (SEA). Currently, he works as Market Development Manager (Life Science Research) at SCIEX, providing in-depth technical, market strategy, sale and marketing supports to regional customers in Korea, Oceania, Taiwan, Hong Kong and SEA countries.

Ms. Tai Siew Hoon holds the position of Senior Field Application Specialist at SCIEX. She is renowned for her exceptional expertise in MS technology across the ASEAN region. With an career spanning 18 years, Siew-Hoon has been at the forefront of advancing analytical solutions in food safety, environmental monitoring, and forensic sciences. Having earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the prestigious National University of Singapore, Siew-Hoon consistently applies her academic knowledge with rich experience to deliver unparalleled support has helped numerous laboratories to harness the full potential of LCMSMS technologies. Siew Hoon embodies a deep-seated passion for customer success, characterized by her patient guidance and unwavering dedication to fostering collaborative partnerships. Her contributions have not only elevated industry standards but also set a benchmark for excellence in scientific application support.
