Analyst Projects dropdown is not in alphanumeric order

Issue Description 

When Analyst projects are stored on a network location which is controlled by a ‘Samba’ or ‘CIFS’ type filesystem the order of the folders (or projects) is not returned in alpha-numeric order.

Resolution 

This will require intervention from the controllers of the network or NAS resource.  The Samba configuration file (usually called smb.conf) needs a new global parameter.

This issue has never been observed with Windows managed network shares.
