Can a WIFF or WIFF2 File from SCIEX OS Software Be Split into Subset Data Files?

There is currently no script or software that allows for splitting a multi-sample data file from SCIEX OS software (i.e., .wiff or .wiff2) into individual subset files. Prior to acquiring the data, user needs to plan how the data will be analyzed and which data analysis program will be used. If a data analysis program requires one sample per data file, the user will need to reacquire multi-sample data files as single-sample files, since these multi-sample data files cannot be transformed into individual subset files.
