Issue Description
In Explorer mode of SCIEX OS Software, Formula Finder's "Found" column will read NA/NA in the Found elemental compositions table when a ChemSpider license is installed.
Resolution
The ChemSpider Service must be active for ChemSpider to work with Formula Finder. To verify that ChemSpider is selected, navigate to the Show options icon in the top left corner of the Found elemental compositions window (red square).
After opening the Formula Finder Settings window, select the Dictionaries tab and mark the checkbox for ChemSpider Service as well as any other needed databases. This will turn on ChemSpider service, data will appear in the Found column in the Found elemental compositions screen, and NA/NA will no longer appear.Â
