ConfigUpdater.exe will not update instrument firmware.

For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
Issue Description

ConfigUpdater is unable to update the firmware because Windows Firewall is preventing the update.

Resolution 

There are 2 possible routes to solve this issue, both require administrative permissions.

1. Disable Windows Firewall before running the configupdater program.
2. Add ConfigUpdater to the list of the allowed applications.

Start >> Control panel >>Windows Firewall

>> Advanced settings

>> Inbound rules

>> right klick all blocked “Analyst Service Diagnostic Programm” and “configupdater.exe”

>> properties >> General >> Allow the connection >>Apply
