Converting a report template from Reporter 3.0.1 to Reporter 3.2 fails if the template contains information in the footer of the document.

Issue Description 

The conversion of xml (Reporter 3.0.1) to docx (Reporter 3.2) fails when the xml template contains footer information.

Resolution 

There is no software solution for this issue, but there is a workaround:  Manually remove the footer from the template, then convert the document.  After the template is converted, add the footnote.
