To convert WIFF2 files created by SCIEX OS software to the mzML and mzXML format, a conversion tool must be used. The conversion tool found on the ProteoWizard webpage (http://proteowizard.sourceforge.net/downloads.shtml) has recently been updated to work with WIFF2 files from SCIEX OS software and can convert them to the mzML and mzXML format.

Hello SCIEX team, could you verify if this is still true? I'm using SCIEX OS 3.4 for acquisition, but I can't get ProteoWizard/MSConvert to read my WIFF2 file.
I can write mzML from the .wiff file, either using MSConvert or the MS Converter v.1.3.1; however, the charge state information doesn't seem to be captured in the mzML file. Thanks for your advice!
