DIA-NN software for processing data-independent acquisition (DIA) proteomics data now requires a paid license for activation. However, software versions 1.8 -1.9.1 will still be available as free downloads. ZT Scan data acquired using a ZenoTOF® 7600 system and other DIA-acquired data can be processed with any version of DIA-NN software, so users can still employ the free version for processing their data. In addition, the higher versions of DIA-NN are still temporarily freely available.
