How can I change the sample which is used in a MultiQuant quantitation method or results table as a typical sample to set expected retention time and integration parameter for each MRM transition

Click Edit – Modify Results Table Method

Within the quantitation method: right mouse click – Set New Typical Sample

A dialog opens and you can choose a new sample from a wiff file.

If you want to use this quantitation method for future results tables please do not forget to export it
