If the MSServiceLog-Script is not available when opening the Script tap in Analyst® software as shown in the picture:
- Deactivate the hardware profile.
- Close the Analyst® software.
- Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Analyst\Scripts. Open the folder MSServiceLog and run the .exe as Administrator.
- Open Analyst® software.
- Activate the hardware profile
- Click on the Script tap
- Open the Script MSServiceLog.
Change the Log Interval to 1 min. Change the Log File Name. Start your acqusition. In case of any issue, check the .csv file or send it to sciexnow@sciex.com with the related date and time, when the issue happened. Send also the EventLogs to make sure all needed information are available.
