Answer
- Open an Administrator Command Shell window by typing ‘cmd’ into the search box of the start menu and then right click and select ‘Run as administrator’

- At the command prompt enter the following command ‘systeminfo | findstr “Locale”’ and press return. (note the ‘pipe’ | )

- The system will then run through some processing and then display your locale as follows.

- If the Command fails to run then your Locale is not en-US.
