Answer
Any open window in Analyst® software can be printed using the Print & Report Setup option under the File menu. For example, an open results table window can be printed as a pdf report using this dialog. When printing results tables, however, it's often desirable to display select information (e.g., acquisition date, operator) in the header and footer (as shown below).
To report out select information using the Print & Report Setup dialog, a customized template needs to be designed first in Report Template Editor under the Configure mode. In the Header/Footer Design tab, select the desired fields for the header and footer, identify the location where the item should appear, and then use the right arrow to add the field to the report template, as shown below.
Once the information fields have been placed correctly, navigate to the File menu and select Save to save the template as a .rpt file. To use the template to print a report, return to the File menu again and select Print & Report Setup. In the window shown below, select the newly created template from the drop down menu to apply it to the pdf when printing.
The .rpt report template files are saved in the Templates sub folder within the project folder and can be deleted if not longer wanted.
