Answer
- For Analyst® and Sciex OS: Open the wiff files you want to compare in Explore and navigate to the injection of interest.
- For Analyst® and Sciex OS: Select the TIC pane and press Ctrl + i. This will open the sample information.
- For Analyst®: right click on the sample information and select “Select All”. Then right click on the text and select “Copy”.
For Sciex OS: select the text (Ctrl + a) and copy (Ctrl + c).
- Paste the sample information into Microsoft Word. You will save two documents (e.g. Sample bad.docx and Sample good.docx).
- Open Microsoft Word and select “Compare” in the “Review” section:
Select “Compare…”.
- Select the two docx files saved in step 4 and confirm with “OK”.
- The differences between the two sample information will be highlighted on the left side and can be reviewed on the right side. Any change of method or difference in status values will be indicated. Changes in MS calibration will also be highlighted.
