Disabling Windows Services during Acquisition with SCIEX OS Software

Answer

To optimize software performance, SCIEX OS software 3.0 implements a new option to allow users to disable Windows services, such as Windows Defender, Windows Update, and other anti-virus software during data acquisition. To disable the Windows services, select the Configuration workspace and then the General tab in the left panel. Deselect the Enable checkbox to disable the Windows services and then select Save.
