Answer
SCIEX OS software users can save the peak list for the currently active spectrum or chromatogram to a tab-delimited text file. This file contains information such as the centroid X-value (mass or time), peak area, height, etc.
Open the data file in Explorer and select a sample.
1. Click File > Export > Peak List as Text.
2. Type a file name for the exported file.
3. Click Save.
