How to implement the Maximum Allowed Accuracy Variation for Quality Controls (%) and Standards (%) in Analyst® Software?

Answer

1. In Analyst^® Software go to the Quantitate Mode.
2. Double click the Quantitation Wizard.
3. Select the data file and the desired sample(s) to add to the new quantitation set.
4. Select Create New Standard Query and type a Name.

5. Specify the allowed accuracy variations (in percent). Max. Variation fields can be empty as desired.

6. Specify which method will be used for this quantitation set or create a new method now.
7. The Standard Query Status column shows if the allowed accuracy variation for QCs or STDs passed or failed.

8. For a new results table, choose Select Existing and enable Execute Query as Standard Query to achieve the flagging for the Standard Query Status.
