To select a library to use with a targeted or non-targeted screening method in SCIEX OS software, open an existing processing method or edit an embedded method from a results table. Ensure that the checkbox for Quantitation and targeted identification or for Non-targeted screening is selected. Then navigate to the Library Search option to set the library search parameters.Choose the library name, algorithm parameters, etc., and then save the processing method.
