How to perform quantification by standard additions with MultiQuant® software ?

Before performing a quantification by standard addition in MultiQuant®, place the "MQ_Standard_Addition" Excel file in the C:\ProgramData\AB SCIEX\MultiQuant\Queries folder. This file is accessible by requesting SCIEX Now™ via a support case.

Procedure to use the query :

1) Create a results table in MultiQuant® software.
2) The name of the samples corresponding to the unknown enriched with standard additions must be identical to the name of the unknown sample (in blue in the image below).
3) Add the Sample ID column. Each unknown must have "SA_Unknown" in the ID column (in orange in the image below).
4) The unknowns must have the sample type "Unknown" (in green in the image below).
5) The samples with the standard additions must have the “standard” sample type (in green in the image below).
6) Put in the “Actual concentration” column the quantity added in each samples with the standard addition (in purple in the image below).
7) Click on “Process” then on “Query”. Select "MQ_Standard_Addition" then click "OK" to use the query.
8) The concentration calculated with the Standard addition method is indicated in the “SA_Conc_MQ_Regression” column (in red in the image below).
