The instrument data file can be restored from a backup by following these steps in SCIEX OS software:

  1. Open the MS Tune workspace.
  2. Select a data file from the Restore Instrument Data list.Instrument tune and optimization.PNG
  3. (Optional) Click View Report.
  4. Select Yes.
