Magnifying Chromatogram Peaks Displayed in a SCIEX OS or MultiQuant™ Software Report

Answer

The chromatograms of peaks that are displayed in a report generated in SCIEX OS or MultiQuant™ software will retain the format of the original peaks displayed in the peak review pane. To magnify the peaks displayed in a report, the zoom settings will need to be changed in the peak review settings for MultiQuant or SCIEX OS software. In MultiQuant software, go to the peak pane and right click, and then select Options > Zooming > Select Zoom time axis to view peak. Set the +/- RT window to a desired value (e.g., 1 or 2 min). In SCIEX OS software, select the Options menu and then select the Peak Review display settings.. option to access the zoom settings.
