Yes. The specified 4 MRMs per well is based on the peak width from a single droplet ejection. One means to monitor more MRMs is to widen the peak giving more time to acquire MS data. Additionally, another means to monitor more MRMs is to re-run the plate, acquiring a different set of MRMs for the wells. Each sample ejection is only 2.5nL, so it is possible to run many tests from a single well.
