Answer
Currently, the only workaround is to adjust the Windows permission settings for the network drive where data from SCIEX OS software is being stored.
The Windows permissions for the network drive need to be adjusted for the group Everyone, and the allowed permissions that need to be selected are the following: Read & execute, List folder contents, and Read.
Once these adjustments are made, the mapped network drive will work for all users, and data can be processed.
