MPX™ Software Batch Stoppage due to Daylight Savings Time Shift

Issue Description

If the computer clock updates for daylight savings time while MPX™ software is submitting a batch, data corruption and batch stoppage can occur.

Resolution

The computer system clock must be programmed so that the time is not automatically updated during the shift to Daylight Saving Time. To remove automatic updates, click on the clock at the bottom right of the screen, select Change date and time settings. Then select Change time zone. When the Time Zone Settings screen appears, uncheck the the box for Automatically adjust clock for Daylight Saving Time.
