During PPG Tuning Some Mass-Charge Ratios Appear as NA

Issue Description

While tuning and calibrating the MS with Analyst® software, some masses in the calibration table are showing up as NA in the table despite clearly being present.

Resolution

To adjust this, the display options selected in Analyst software will need to be updated. Under Tools, Settings, Appearance Options, Select the Other Graph Options Tabs. Change the Default Threshold to something along the lines of 0.01 or 0.005 and recollect the tune data.
